Hitchcock Woods Early Learning Center is announcing over 30 years of service to the tri-county area. Hitchcock Woods is a full service Day Care,   Pre-School, and Chartered Kindergarten located in Boardman, Ohio.

Hitchcock opened their doors in 1983 as a Day Care and Pre-School and has grown over the years to a full service Day Care, which includes classes from 6 weeks to 12 years old. Hitchcock Woods is a premier school in the area and has been home away from home for more than 1250 children and their families.

Pattie Welsh (Director) says, ”The center prides itself with the longevity of its staff members. We have staff members that have been with the center for 30 years.  We have watched the children progress through the infant center, all the way to getting on the bus to enter 1st grade.”

Along with the enriched pre-school and daycare programs, the center is very proud of its Chartered Kindergarten class. It is one of the few in the area to have a unique program of small class size and individual instruction for a highly recognized program.

Hitchcock Woods Early Learning Center has an open door policy and welcomes you to stop in for a tour of the school and explore the home away from home atmosphere that the school prides itself on.
