Preschool April Newsletter

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

Our preschoolers had a very busy month of March to say the least! Thank you so much to all of the dads that were able to attend our Superhero Father’s Night! The children are still talking about how much fun they had! J

A big thank you to all of you who donated to our St Patrick’s Day celebration and Easter Party! The children really enjoyed the yummy treats!

All of the children’s assessments have been completed. Conferences were held on March 29th. If you would like to still meet to go over the assessment of your child, I am available and would be happy to do so.

As the school year is starting to wind down and spring is upon us, hopefully the weather will be getting warmer and we will be able to take the children outside as much as possible. Please make sure that they are dressed for the weather and prepared to possibly get a little muddy.

Our goal for April is to start exploring all of the wonderful things that the season of spring brings us! We will be planting our own flowers and going on nature walks. We will talk about the cycle of a caterpillar. We will also be talking about planting food and what types of food are healthy and unhealthy for us. We will be talking a lot about Earth day and doing projects that help the children understand the importance of taking care of our earth.

Important Dates:

Wednesday, April 18: Speech and Language Testing More Info to Come

Happy Spring!

Miss Tammy and Miss Linda
